Are the beats found on this site original beats?
Outside of the samples used to make some of the beats, the beats are made in-house and are original.
If a beat contains a sample(s), whose responsibility is it to get the sample(s) cleared?
It is the artist and/or the record label’s responsibility to get samples cleared.
What rights do I have to the beat when I purchase it with exclusive rights?
You can do whatever you will with the beat, for as long as you wish, without any legal responsibility to splits. Just know that the producer must be given credit, and retains the right to showcase the beat for marketing purposes.

You can do whatever you will with the beat, for as long as you wish, without any legal responsibility to splits. Just know that the producer must be given credit, and retains the right to showcase the beat for marketing purposes. Your lease rights are NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and will expire when someone purchases exclusive rights to the beat you’re leasing.
Can beats be leased or purchased with exclusives rights on credit?
Yes, we extend credit for the lease or purchase of exclusive rights to our beats and other products in our beat store. The credit pay option is made available before purchase.
I’m a producer also. Can I sell my beats in your beat store?
That is an option that we may offer exclusively in the future. As of now, only in-house products, musical compositions and beats will be sold from this website.
Will You Produce for Our Label and/or Artist(s) EXCLUSIVELY?
